i think is this is a BT file......tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  e  W& p5 `7 }1 `# j+ e
and in the BT setting there u got put the add .bc! file extension for imcomplete file.....

u go to uncheck the hide extension for knows file type, the delete the .bc, then try againts...... W  ?( @. l. n* O
u can go to my computer, upper there a tab, click the tools, folder option, view, and in the advance setting there u can see the the hide extension for knows file types......
