最後，她抱著僥倖心理買來一張那天樂隊演奏過的《黑色的星期天》這唱片，心想，也許從這裡可以找到一點破案的蛛絲馬跡。

人們在她的辦公桌上發現她留給警察的一封信& k* u7 e( H# Y$ W; s

關於作曲家本人創作曲子的動機，連精神分析家和心理學家也無法提出圓滿的解釋。

由於自殺的人越來越多，美、英、法、西班子等諸多國家的電臺便召開了一次特別會議，號昭歐美各國聯合抵制《黑色的星期天》。

這首殺人的樂曲終於被銷毀了，作者也因為內疚而在臨終前懺悔道：

English translation of the original
The original song was written in 1933 by two Hungarians, Rezso Seress (music) tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 v4 Q$ B: E0 e& @5 l, c
and Laszlo Javor (lyrics), and consisted of the first two stanza
only -- the last stanza was added later, also first in Hungarian,
as Zoe Orosz from Hungary pointed out to me.
Zoe added: TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- o4 t0 f1 K& U% y
Actually, the second part of the song in Hungarian is not so reassuring at all.
It is if at all possible, much gloomier than the first two stanzas, almost apocalyptic.
It looks like the pessimism of the song was too much for the translators and they made their translation a happier one. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& s7 T1 N; I/ Z8 H6 [8 s) s
In that case one might argue that the translator has done a bad job 6 Z$ W) j+ U3 R, I, o. ]1 f6 V
and 'ruined' the song, or in other words: a translator has to maintain the original spirit
and intentions of the song. On the other hand,
a translator may also be more than just a translator and based on the original create a new song. 5.39.217.76  D2 ?+ }1 K) u4 T
Perhaps the Sam Lewis mentioned in the credits is responsible for this.

Zoe Orosz also made a translation into English of the original Hungarian song, adding:
It looks like Javor wrote the first part and Seress the second. It is very-very gloomy.
It seems to refer to the horrors of a war at the end.
I'm glad that there's an English version that makes it less terrible. To be honest, 1 m( l/ h1 }% F) m# J

One thing is very strange, though. The mood changes between the second and the third stanza,
because she wakes up and realises that the gloomy first two stanzas were nothing but a dream and the third stanza is then more chearful. 5.39.217.76! u4 e* W; @" I& j! u7 P
This change of mood is strangely rather abrupt:
the pause is less than a second -- Sarah has barely enough time to catch her breath.
I would have expected the change in mood between stanzas two and three to be build up a little more gradually,
in five to ten seconds or so. After all, waking up and realising that it was a dream takes time.

I do not think this is what is meant here. The change of mood, the use of the words
