   另一道有名小吃是丹金尼斯大螃蟹(Dungeness Crab)，只見大鐵桶內的熱水一滾開，廚師迅速將大螃蟹放入熱水汆燙，撈出後用鐵夾兵乓地將硬殼敲開，快速地用刀切割成塊狀，原汁鮮美。

I did try this when I was there. Because it usually gets chilly around the harbor, the hot soup tastes extra delicious! Clam chowder is really the best!
