But the two-year pre-feasibility study, done by government agencies, external consultants and independent expert advisers in response to an Economic Strategies Committee recommendation in 2010, did not rule out nuclear energy altogether, and recommended Singapore continue to monitor the development of new nuclear energy technologies.5.39.217.76( S6 M7 Y( B8 D: P1 {) U+ }3 z1 A* g
