can norton ghost do recovery for external drive? need help from the experts and thank you for whoever can give me answer!!!

Norton ghost can do backup from local drive to external drive and also can recovery from external drive to your local drive.
If you use Norton Ghost 15, there are many teaching articles in Google to backup/recovery in external drive.
As regards the Norton Ghost 15, you can search in the forums to find what you want.

Which type of external drive do you use?
USB, eSata, Firewire or SCSI?

Norton Ghost is for back up.  For recovery, use GetData Back, R- Studio, Recover for all pro etc.
