To be honest, after working at a hospital and with doctors a lot I can say that Doctors are not like those in the drama. BUT there are some that are quite responsible and does a lot of following up. As for the talking and discovering patient`s other needs (family issues etc) That is for the social workers to do, other needs will be covered by Physiotherpist, nurses, dietian and other therapists. The shortage of doctors doesn`t help overall.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' W! j0 Z. D8 T. q; U& N- L
(This is given from a Canadian health care point of view so different system in a way)

其實小時候好多人的夢想就係做醫生,tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: v5 v: S+ _: M9 I
亦有不少人係成功當上,
0 s- ]4 W( \$ d) _( E- [tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, 醫生型像係正面的, 但香港既醫療制度令到醫生不可以發揮所長,
  _3 ~, S$ H6 [5 d2 z9 gtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb一對十,一對百,個病人,醫生能力有限,就算一個醫生有幾叻, 都有極限
, C3 U% f* D9 g咁其實醫生對病人只係有心無力,唔可以專一咁醫治病人

我自己都是從事救援工作,開始時好熱誠,但日子久了發了香港很多人濫用救援資源,慢慢地放下了緊張,我更發現同事越見得多有人死,越冷淡,有時都會矛盾.如果不冷淡太投入和認真自己唔開心,太冷淡自己又沒人情味像機械人樣,所以我肯定公立醫院醫生一定不像戲中那麼樣有負責!
