How to convert .XV file to other video form

Is there any program that can transfer .XV file to other video forms

***Problem Solved ***
1. Run XVE.exe to transfer to flv file
    (Just Type in xve.exe to search engine and you can download it from many places)
   more information about use of XVE.exe program:  http://52share.me/xv.html
2. If you want to change to other video format, just use any HD Video converter to covert the  generated flv file to desired format. (HD Converter for it can convert 720p video)
