If I have to choose between the 2, then I would choose "on call 36hrs" for sure! But I think we should name a few dramas of the same kind (those about doctors) and then make a poll again~~~
i like both actually. both are different types of drama. 4 in love is more funny. But on call 36 hrs share more knowledge with us and we could learn something from there.
