USD$200~$300 budget for Motherboard，其他已選定，請大大幫忙

HI Everybody!!!

Well this are what I have in mind.

Intel Core i7 2700K
EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti DS SuperClocked 1GB
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 (CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B)

Since I am not good in Motherboard so this are what I am thinking.

Asus Maximus IV Extreme LGA1155 Intel P67B3
ASUS P8Z68 DELUXE

But if any Big Bro have better idea on other board I will love to check it out.
