「共產黨萬稅」民企難生存

近期浙江溫州商人頻頻出逃與湖州抗稅引發的騷亂事件，都反映當地中小民營企業生存之路越來越窄，其中浙江因為稅收引發群體性抗議並非首次。今年 8月下旬，浦江縣以懲治污染為名，對水晶加工行業按用電量徵稅，引發數以千計加工業者連日聚集縣政府請願，大量武警威懾並抓捕示威者，但風波平息後稅還是要交。「水晶稅」按用電度數乘 0.35元人民幣，機器一轉就收稅，不與收益掛鈎，與這次織里的「童裝稅」有異曲同工之妙。難怪網友慨嘆：「苛稅猛於虎。」

有網絡評論認為，湖州織里抗稅，只是一個訊號，表明民眾已不堪高額稅賦，極可能成蔓延之勢。在稅賦奇高的中國，到今天才爆發一起影響力較大的抗稅事件，已是奇蹟。根據官方數據，今年前三季度全國稅收增幅是國民生產總值（ GDP）增幅的三倍，中國稅賦已佔 GDP的近四成。實際上 1995年以來，中國財稅總額幾乎每年都以超過 GDP增幅兩倍的速度增長。各地政府稅項名目多如牛毛，難怪有網友揶揄「共產黨萬稅」、「社會主義萬稅，萬稅，萬萬稅」。

There are many who are in business and has done very well. They are taking the ride of the wave of the current econimic prosperity; it's only fair they contribute to the country with a fair amount of tax. A country with a good taxation system is a government with a mature social and economic structure.
If you think the Chines government is collecting high tax, try look at countries like Sweden, Germany, Austria, Danmark and Australia.
Where do you think the government get their money from to build and fun the hospitals, schools, police, roads and railway?
