[冷知識分享] 有毒~不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽..........

今天在電台節目中,聽到烹飪老師說;
' l. t0 _( k/ z* K- `8 C( Z/ {* r炒蛋或蒸蛋時,不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽,因為鹽與蛋中乳酸菌結合會產生『氯』,有毒,
* s' ]$ U; X5 x) h" C所以.....蒸蛋就只要加醬油,若加鹽蒸蛋會有一點綠綠ㄉ顏色,tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% h. ^1 Y' {$ m/ q# B- t/ X
(沒錯,我蒸蛋時有發現!)那就是化學變化產生氯...
