[冷知識分享] 有毒~不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽..........

今天在電台節目中,聽到烹飪老師說;3 g; y" C3 ]  D! @
炒蛋或蒸蛋時,不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽,因為鹽與蛋中乳酸菌結合會產生『氯』,有毒,
. t3 S+ t1 l3 `1 Ttvb now,tvbnow,bttvb所以.....蒸蛋就只要加醬油,若加鹽蒸蛋會有一點綠綠ㄉ顏色,5.39.217.76% }& b; \" x. d/ }/ n
(沒錯,我蒸蛋時有發現!)那就是化學變化產生氯...
