Traditional way of making noodle is impossible in Toronto.

Broth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 n3 e4 Q4 O* Y7 t6 N  d- c& n6 w
Average price here for a bowl of 雲吞麵 is C$4-5
