About Excel ， 描述： Rounding Problem

I have a rounding problem for EXcel.

I need to:

Round down to 0 for decimals 0.01, 0.02
Round up to 0.05 for decimal 0.03, 0.04
Round down to 0.05 for decimal 0.06,0.07
Round up to 0 for decimal 0.08, 0.09

Eg.
41.47 ==> 41.45
      46.53  ==> 46.55
      49.89 ==> 49.90

有那位知道怎麼做?
