1. Download the Ipod Wizard from below7 [! ]! y0 Q6 K5 r& T+ a

2. Download the iVista Theme from below

3. Make Sure you have NEWEST Ipod Updater installed into your computer (if not download it in Apple.com)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 g) ]9 n( r: u7 T( k ^
4. Unzip Both Ipod Wizard and Windows Vista Theme into your DESKTOP

6. Next to the OPEN UPDATER button there should be a window that let you choose the Firmware of the ipod

11. Click WRITE (it is next to the Firmware information box)

14. go back to Ipod Wizard and click DOWNGRADE FIRMWARE
