plz help! Want to change the ip address location!

I would like to change the ip address location to HK! what should i do or what program can i use! I currently are in Australia! Thank you!

proxy 或者 vpn，免费的 proxy 很多，但不是很方便，vpn 比较方便些，但是在香港且免费的 vpn 不大好找，不过花钱肯定就没问题了。
