很簡單...只要係itune choose 1 free app and download, it ask you to open a itune account, you can follow the step until in page of payment method, you can find there is an option that you can choose with "no credit card"
that's it.

註冊個其他國家的ID（如澳洲），這些國家是可以選擇none的，跟著再改國家。就可以了。

只要在APPSTORE里选择一个免费软件，然后点中“免费”两个字，跟着按提示一步步往后，到了填信用卡资料一步时，就会发现最后有一个“无”的选项，选中这个选项再继续操作就行了。

you need credit card to register id but after register go back
phone setting ==> apple store  to view account go to payment info choose none then will updated back to none payment in file
