[美食介紹] 有機湯底做日式和牛鍋

天氣一凍,老公就話要打邊爐,佢要邊爐料靚外,連湯底都要正!要炮製個靚靚湯底有時都幾花時間,不過最近俾我喺超市發現咗 Imagine及 Westsoy有機湯底,有成 20款口味揀,日日打邊爐都唔怕。咁多款式中,老公至愛有機無糖豆奶,呢個豆奶用咗原粒有機黃豆和純水製成,豆味香濃,拍得住自家磨嘅豆奶,用嚟做日式火鍋配和牛及豆腐,簡直絕配!
