Youtube网近來再流傳吉蘭丹州務大臣拿督聶阿茲兩年前針對禁止暴露（tutup aurat）發表“沒包頭巾等於暴露自己，給人機會，被強姦活該”的談話短片，引來非議！有關談話起原於丹州政府數年前舉辦“禁止暴露運動”（Kempen Tutup Aurat），卻被一名部長批評為浪費金錢而作的反擊。/ w) p( T1 g" W( R; D5 O
