請各位高手幫忙有關電視card硬解

I brought the "Compro TV Card Vista TH350i..............It's made the CPU precentage really high.........I just want to know is it not done about "硬解".........and how to fix it.....Thank you so much for every computer expert!!

the Application which from compro doesn't support display card硬解. No matter you are using ATI, Nvidia, Intel or other product!!!
