關機後自動重新開機

我係用win7,我部電腦關機後自動重新開機,
關機時沒有異常,自動重新開機也沒有異常,
但就昰不能關機,
我己經嘗試重裝windows,情況沒有改善,
也嘗試拔悼power sw ,情況也沒有改善,
BIOS也重置,情況也沒有改善,
我的底板是否壞了??

In bios under power tab,
change Restore On AC Power Loss -> Power off

Disable all below
Power On By RTC Alarm
Power On By External moderns
Power On By PCI Devices
Power On By PCIE Devices
Power On By PS/2 Keyboard
Power On By PS/2 Mouse

Your bios might have more Power On By items, just disable them.
