According to Apple, iPhone is smart to detect if your WiFi is weak, iPhone will use 3G to go online. However, you will not see the change of icon from WiFi to 3G. To control this, please download SBsettings and turn off Data to stop the GPRS charges.

因为有些游戏或软件包含一些广告。。所以会用到你电话的费用。。
所以最好去申请有３G配套的比较好！

900503, did u sign up data plan from maxis/ digi? for me, places i go got WIFI so i didn't sign up data plan from maxis and i worried i will accidentally uses the 3G/GPRS, so i request Maxis to close it (u just tell them u just need WIFI to online, please close the others for u), then they will do it for you. if u uses ONLINE often, better to sign up data plan.

if u want to install SBSetting, u have to jailbreak ur iphone first. then a CYDIA icon will show up on ur iphone, get in and searching for SBSetting, install it. then slide the time (on top of ur iphone screen, cos it won't have any icon show out on the spring board), SBSetting will show out. then u can manage ur data, edge, 3g, wifi...on or off. if want to escape from reducing ur 3g cost, then u have to turn off data and edge. it will stop reduce ur credit from ur phone. ^^
