The name 悉尼 has been used as the official name for Sydney for at least six to seven years now, when pronounced in Mandare in, it's a much closer translation of Sydney compare to 雪梨 . Just like the name Beijing instead of Peking for 北京 in English. However, in a Chinese restaurants, if you try to order a Beijing Duck, the waiter wouldn't know what you are trying to order though. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* E3 a( e1 L8 |8 H/ U9 Z0 I6 d

The first one is either from the Sydney Botanic Garden or at the Hyde Park, they are both very nice spots to relax and have a leisurely sunbake during the lunch break for many Sydneysiders.# S! a- @) P7 g4 d
Then there is the famous Sydney Opera House taken from the western side.) {, g3 _6 V$ ^& U
Followed by two photos of the snow fields at Perisher Valley, not much snow yet, give it another 4 to 5 weeks, then it would be right into the skiing season.

Q u# Q+ U' @, ~tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbThen we are heading north toward central coast up, about an hour and a half drive from Sydney, we get to the a place call The Entrance, a really nice spot, the ranger feed the Pelicans twice a day, quite an interesting sight. Here we are back to Sydney at the St Andrew's Cathedral, an Anglican church next to the Sydney townhall.
