Help! How to balance the download speed from other people?

I am sharing the cable line with my roomate, but I found that his download speed is way faster than mine when we are downloading at the same time. We use the same BT version (0.84) , such as his speed is 94k and mine will be 11k. How to take the balance back? Thanks a lot!!!!!

There's a speed guide if you use utorrent client to download.5.39.217.76 m; X6 H+ t& p2 Y3 U# u ]
Change the setting of the connection upload rate or other things. The download speed depends on the amount of seeds and the speed of the torrents. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& {8 `9 o0 V$ R# ~9 ~' d) j; d* {
You can also try using another bt client like utorrent.
