BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.76/ [( P8 _$ p7 g% E& o3 P9 S
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。2 j9 K8 \" M. q4 ^9 S7 i

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb X! Y) z1 g$ D2 ^) j
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth., P! Q* l) B Q5 D2 }+ f
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 Z1 R+ Y8 Y3 \! b7 Q0 k- z
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
% a5 d) \$ ?8 J5 i. n% V+ n
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
