BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?; e( `! u8 r) C
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes." k' D- J) {/ \, g3 h" C5 t5 s
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 m4 U! q) ~- k+ ?( A: |4 k
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.* [2 f$ a( ^- u
4) The version , you have is not good.+ a `% ^' [ o& X6 p. I w
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.5.39.217.76! l7 \9 l/ B" p# b( K
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
$ v4 T( V" x7 j7 m0 A# t; S: }
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
