BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.76% v" a0 }6 E8 A5 [( r
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?6 I/ I. p: @1 N4 q
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.公仔箱論壇* k. A0 U: @5 |0 d

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇/ r6 C0 O+ X% l! T
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" C3 Q' J8 T4 Q
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ `6 c/ i+ E2 D- b6 v2 b3 y$ m- t0 ]
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ C4 ?$ Q/ t3 Q9 W) b
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。) M# j' X9 R' p: ~6 P0 l
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
0 R5 h4 C, u. f" q
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
