Fastest BT download speed

Dear friends, please comment the dl speed you experience and also the place or area..................

In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download5.39.217.76 t# A+ G: t& L6 S. w
Vienna, Austria got 200+
1 e; `7 B1 O6 j% x9 ~( Z$ O
KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+

this few days dont know y my speed also 10++,before this ,i can go to 100++,someone know y ?

Hi.... I live in Hong Kong, for my experience, max is 6mb/s. And my harddisk only can use 4 month
