U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.! S% Q* j5 _- p9 c* Z( G8 O# d* N3 {

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.5.39.217.763 X( @( P J* s- Z0 L- o7 R

You need to post your utorrent congfig here so we know your settings.4 Z* D. w5 `4 t# r8 ]

And are you using Vista or XP?
