U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.$ ^5 x6 X. D" D! R& Z) o, B4 `% T

You need to post your utorrent congfig here so we know your settings.' d( \2 t1 @. T4 B

And are you using Vista or XP?
