How to make utorrent 1.8 faster? HELP PLEASE

my download speed now only 130 kb/s& ]/ d& c- K6 e  z) A

so what should i need to do to make it faster than there

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.' \" `: Y% G" H9 U
