U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 L! u9 i- z I# g$ ^

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3 {; C+ Y! N* A

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.公仔箱論壇% w8 z6 d/ C+ Q* h0 k3 L$ m1 p

You need to post your utorrent congfig here so we know your settings.

And are you using Vista or XP?
