U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 L: ^: Y8 x" m% Y/ }

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.
6 N7 s% [7 I5 n  x2 s* O
However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.

You need to post your utorrent congfig here so we know your settings.6 z# G1 _* O2 m  q
2 i4 p7 ^8 W9 I3 }  C6 O6 d
And are you using Vista or XP?
