U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent. 5.39.217.76% f. ^9 `0 Q2 o, K. o& R- m

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.- E8 j8 c2 b$ ~$ _) P; i9 k- b

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
