HHO cell

HHO fuel cell seems working very well for you fuel efficient but is there anyone tried it? or anyone would give it a try? please let me know
the concept is easy by getting hydrogen and oxygen from water and put it to the intake then help to burn the fuel more efficiently
which is = a higher octane level by just the air from water
