Ya. maybe conflict in between the programs that both can handle the same files format and the newly installed programs replace the priority of existing program in registry.

you mean instal final codec 2008 first and then install nero but it doesn't work too.There is the detail,the problem is: when i click to RECODE VIDEO FILES (NERO DIGITAL) ,and then it pop up UNABLE TO LOAD NERO DIGITAL PROFILES,RECODE IS PROBABLY NOT CORRECTLY INSTALLED,please help?
You check the settings of both programs, try to overcomes the conflicts first. If not no choice, when conflict occur you have to choose only one program to install and run on your pc.

i know this method already but i want both can exist at the same time
When you install both software there are alot of settings to choose from, try to find out the files type that both can handle and assign to only one program can master the specific files type. When install the codecs, if there any any message, read properly first before clicking on Next or Yes. This is the only way to overcomes conflict between programs if not there are no other choices.

that is the problem,there are a lot of codecs but i don't know which one is,anyway thanks a lot
