[香港] 袁國強：執行國歌法難列實況

全國人大常委會通過將《國歌法》草案列入《基本法》附件三，律政司司長袁國強昨表示，《國歌法》本地立法大原則是維持《國歌法》的原意，同時兼顧香港獨有的普通法，包括在法律制度及保障等方面取得平衡。他又指《國歌法》目的是維護國歌尊嚴，形容這是很基本的要求，亦合乎常理。0 V, B! e8 ?6 w. ?# Z# p- K+ i
袁國強昨晨率團到馬來西亞，他在機場回應記者提問時稱，有關政策局會再研究立法工作實際會如何進行，諮詢期間會以不同途徑聽取市民意見。至於會否寫得很清楚如何執法，袁指需視乎法律性質，無可能逐一列出個別情況。

在香港，仍存有看不到的灰色地帶，譬如在升国旗时，可惜我在洗手間，會不會觸犯法例，值得商確？

Its all about respect and common senses. People who asked such questions are those who want to find loop holes and break the rule ... ie lawyers and politicians
