Illegal Gambling dens had been a great problem here around 20 years ago; they were all ran by organized crime gangs like the Triads; and most of the patrons were Asians.

F0 L! }* ]+ Z, k- i' HSo it might be worthwhile for the HK Government to consider to put out a tender to build a proper casino with top class entertainment venues, this may help to attract more tourists, stimulate local business; and close the doors of the illegal gambling too.
