Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.2 p9 Y1 L; X2 X) O
The file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!, {2 I/ q1 i% ?5 g
