nero vision ...... help please

i add file , it came out a message like this : unabe to insert C:.............公仔箱論壇 X; y3 i% m2 B5 p6 N$ a8 L* M/ N
just cannot add, why ?公仔箱論壇' W/ Z6 H) P8 U/ E% o8 Y
