nero vision ...... help please

i had already converted rmvb to mpg. i use nero 8 to burn dvd. but why when公仔箱論壇9 g9 n$ F1 M" C
i add file , it came out a message like this : unabe to insert C:.............公仔箱論壇3 }7 ^1 N! C( h1 X2 |, z! o" g
just cannot add, why ?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) b" e( w7 k( k9 T" ^. G" ^
