[香港] 商台辭職員工 被要求簽保密協議 換工作證明

有關閣下向本公司商台互動(CRI)，要求離職員工須簽署離職協議一事回覆如下，由於本公司負責商業電台高科技發展，如某些同事職責涉公司機密，離職時需同意不能對外透露公司運作、工作流程、公司內部等資料，此仍正常內部運作及條款。另外，離職員工要求，必然會獲發離職證明，跟本公司所簽的離職協議沒有任何關係。
