The reigning champion was issued the penalty by the stewards after the race at Oschersleben, which saw him tangle with compatriot, Mercedes’ Robert Wickens.( F7 K6 M) Y. k$ b
Spengler was found to be at fault for the incident, which saw Wickens retire on lap 37.
