[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup+ J/ M) o& x, z1 S1 C6 `+ i/ d
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。6 j* q/ O& Z: R

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces

MARINADE:TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。6 @6 ?3 I4 B6 s: d+ b. l8 v
1/4 c. lemon juice公仔箱論壇8 s# |# V2 I. l! _. }0 ~  L
1/4 c. white wine5.39.217.76. w" k  W5 e9 w  P

1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)! K9 q$ C" o$ r( n" Z
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Method:
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
