[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other breadtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 Y% e4 u) r" L
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup5.39.217.763 G4 w# }- r6 z& A; g9 A
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps5.39.217.761 k5 I0 L% J! v5 h
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:
8 S& T$ s/ x3 H: h4 @
Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces

MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine公仔箱論壇$ F5 y( M. t+ [# ~  j/ q. ?
4 large garlic cloves公仔箱論壇. x% v! A1 ^' ^
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)
Freshly ground black pepper公仔箱論壇0 I, P- R/ ?9 b& i  ^+ X. ]" F
Salt to taste

Method:公仔箱論壇, S: \- ?8 l" f3 m+ l
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
