[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 M" Q( x8 d/ x% z; N, N% i% Q
2 f# q2 C- X2 u$ o" L
Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

MARINADE:公仔箱論壇2 P6 B3 d- g& t$ a$ o/ a2 B1 V
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine. k- w3 D3 L6 {
4 large garlic clovestvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 H, ^+ G8 B- @
1 tbsp. dried rosemarytvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 t2 ?' A- K! z7 X& g
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)公仔箱論壇. U/ j. e+ h+ y' M  _: q; L
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Method:
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
