The  next one describe it: there is only one "1", therefore 11; ~- I/ R. p( X& ?" h" e' O/ @0 W
The next one describe the "11" as there are two "1", therefore 21公仔箱論壇! T5 R/ M+ [7 t) v. `6 S
The next one describe the "21" as there are one "2" and one "1", therefore 1211

After seeing the IQ question 據說這是蘋果公司的面試題, it reminds me of grouping the left hand side numbers to reflect the number on the right.# \0 u# g# Z2 X
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, ~" A$ C+ c* ]8 z
So the right hand side number 0 can be represented by number 1 公仔箱論壇3 F5 ?9 R5 u* k2 F2 w) `
The right hand side number 1 can be represented by 3,1,2,9,7,5tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  X  w0 n: P8 o" e" X1 O& W$ F" ]2 y
The right hand side number 2 can be represented by 2,5,8,1,6,7,3,0

Now the question is 8136, check the above list, 8,1,3,6 are grouped under 2. Therefore, the answer is 2tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: o1 u* i, ?  k& @3 J% @5 S

Sorry. My bad. Someone told me that it is actually counting the number of holes in the given number.
$ p- J* X3 v% W. y; i9 C# hThere are 3 holes in 8136, two from number 8 and one from number 6 so the answer is 3.
