It must be the windshear effect. The pilot has to fly angled into the wind. Within few hundred feet above ground, the pilot has to use the rudder to align the nose with the runway and dig a wing into the wind to hold it in place until landing. The training and stimulation will have trained them for hundredth of times but this is real and it is amazing to see a pilot land a 500 thousands pounds (with 2 - 300 people as payload) plane through windshear !
