[美洲] 拿假槍與警對峙　美國少年遭擊斃

（華盛頓6日綜合電）美國德州南部布朗維爾市15歲學生貢薩雷茲，周三早上持貌似真槍的氣槍在學校與警方對峙，被警員連開3槍擊斃。貢薩雷茲的父母質疑警方連開三槍的做法，認爲并不适當。但警方強調他們曾再三要求貢薩雷茲放下武器，他都置若罔聞，在自衛及保護其他學生的前提下因此開槍。1 h5 z' h* o' x8 y( I
貢薩雷茲周三早在校揮拳毆打一名同學的鼻子後，掏出一把槍，雖未以槍威吓他人，但已有人報警。警察趕到後和貢薩雷茲在走廊上對峙，要求他把槍放下，但他始終用槍口對着警方。2名警員共開3槍，至少2槍擊中他，送醫後宣告不治。
警方表示，擊斃貢薩雷茲後才發現他拿的是幾可亂真的玩具槍，但堅稱做法正當，且慶幸未造成更多人傷亡。- L0 J4 f0 P4 X4 m8 V4 D

It sure was a tragedy but I think it was appropriate. The teenager should not be carrying a air pistol in the first place and the fact that he punched someone else and drew out a gun was way over the line already. Moreover, when he was asked to drop the weapon, he still held the gun to the cops, I think the cops had no choice but detained him by shooting him down. How do you think about the feeling of these cops ?!
