could we block somebody pc IP to running torrent?

i found that one of my office's staff was running torrent and my boss need me to block that staff's pc without let anybody knows (boss running torrent also :shakehead: ).so can we do any setting in the Router to block that staff's IP address or any suggestion? .... :help: 公仔箱論壇2 e; B" ]* e8 z: N2 r
