我想找的是在出入口﹑代理的公司裡，做一個shipping clerk或文職之類的工作。
小弟日文不好，跟日本人的溝通又少，所以可能說得很奇怪。而英文本來就不好，學了日文就更加，小學生都不如。
請幫忙修改一下，希望可以得體﹑有禮貌一點。(對方可能日後是我的上司)

-お客様への出荷時期・納品時期回答(要點)
PO(purchase order)の数と在庫品とチェックいたしまして、お客様の要求を回答いたしました。(簡單說明一下)
-受注業務
もらったPOの日付、品名、品番、数量がMOQ(minimum order quantity) と MPQ(minimum package quantity)に合いますかどうかをチェックいたしました。
(綠字的意思是MOQ和MPQ是2.5K的話，客戶下訂單只可以是2.5K的倍數，例如2.5K﹑5K﹑7.5K…。不可以1K﹑2K﹑3K…)
-出荷指示書類の作成
インボイスはシステムで、ほかの書類はexcelで作りました。
-電話応対、一般的なお問い合わせの回答

Checked the PO(purchase order) quantity and stock ,replied customer’s requested delivery date
- PO related matters
Received the PO and checked the date and the item no. and the quantity fit in with MOQ(minimum order quantity) and MPQ(minimum package quantity).Followed up canceled PO in addition.
- arrange delivers goods
I have to economize by the cost and pay attention to the billing cycle.
- Processing INV. and other related documents
INV.was via system and other related documents were usually via excel.
- Answer the telephone and explain general inquiry

My name is XXX.Twenty years old. In 2005(two thousand and five), I have passed HKCEE ,And then I worked in XX International Commerce Ltd. for four years .Because I want to be Japan and Hong Kong‘s bridge, I have studied Japanese in XX School in this ten month. I am Chinese furthermore Carefulness, almost Chinese characters’tests were perfect scores.
In this year July third , I have participated in the JLPT(Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2. I have the confidence of successfully pass.
I'm studious, kindly and never feared hardship.
The only drawback is, in this year I graduated, communicate with Japanese’s opportunities were fewer. But I burned with curiosity to know many things in Japan . I'll have a lot of topics with Japanese. At this, I will quit my self-introduction. Thank you very much.
