[馬來西亞] 兩年前發表“沒包頭巾被姦活該”‧聶阿茲短片引非議

Youtube网近來再流傳吉蘭丹州務大臣拿督聶阿茲兩年前針對禁止暴露（tutup aurat）發表“沒包頭巾等於暴露自己，給人機會，被強姦活該”的談話短片，引來非議！有關談話起原於丹州政府數年前舉辦“禁止暴露運動”（Kempen Tutup Aurat），卻被一名部長批評為浪費金錢而作的反擊。5.39.217.76% Y$ g4 D# B4 f$ u1 A, v+ c7 u9 s

聶阿茲當時反駁，並解釋女性為何要禁止暴露，主要內容是指女生暴露，男性看見了會有生理反應，嚴重則產生強姦這种犯罪問題。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' P2 ?: n0 @6 {; @: {
他強調，丹州政府展開“禁止暴露運動”，就是為了防止罪案的產生、愛滋病等等。( X0 L8 V6 m0 E# ]7 f6 P5 o
不過，聶阿茲這番言論卻有不同的詮釋，或許有人會解讀成“女性應自我保護好”，又或者有人認為聶阿茲是斷章取義。
據瞭解，相關短片是於2008年8月4日被上載的。7 c; @) s7 E9 k( V; ^
記者嘗試針對此事聯繫聶阿茲的新聞秘書，不過，電話撥通後無人接聽，對方也沒有回應記者的手機短訊。
另一方面，州行政議員拿督陳升頓受詢時，表示不予置評。

Sometime, even the spiritual leader will make a stupid remarks.
Maybe his intention is good, but they way he explain it may had offences other people, especially for the non-Muslim.. V& c) b8 I/ T1 s; ?2 E' n q' c
But one thing to be reminded, why only after 2 years than the video start to surface and circulate through the youtube? ]5 M% J( N1 l8 n: v$ ^
Is it another political conspiracy to bring down the image of the PR? or it is a sign where the election is near?
